Occasionally also available a small apartment in Venice historic center. We usually exchange during School holidays. As we love swimming, we prefer accommodation with swimming pool, no matter if private or belonging to the block, or near a beach where to swim safely.
Our apartment, recently restored (we haven?t the tents yet?), included in a building of 30 flats, is very nice, bright and well kept. It?s situated in a quiet area, in front of the beach (just across the street). It?s on the 3rd floor, with elevator.
The area of the apartment is approximately 70 square metres (83,719 sq. yards). There is: the master bedroom, containing one double bed and one single divan-bed; a second bedroom, containing a double bed; a living room with a divan-bed; one bathroom; a small kitchen with a gas-stove, an oven and a fridge; a storage cellar. There is a balcony (where is possible eating, but not in winter, of course) with a fabulous sea view! We don?t have a garage, but there is a free parking-place in the condo. The apartment is equipped with central heating, satellitare tv, microwave oven, hair-drier, washing machine and air conditioning. Restaurants and shopping facilities nearby: in the condo, at the ground floor, there is a restaurant and a news stand.
