Very spacious Victorian house situated on the North Devon coast in a peaceful and scenic rural area . Very comfortable accomodation with five bedrooms two bathrooms and three reception rooms. Outside is an attractive sunken garden, with built in barbecue.The property lies midway between the fishing village of Appledore and the holiday village of Westward Ho! with its wide sandy beach and the Royal North Devon Golf Club. Devon and Cornwall are famous for lovely walks along dramatically beautiful coastline.They are home to quaint fishing villages many with narrow cobbled streets and pretty rural villages many of cob with thatched roofs.The national parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor are within easy reach.Other local visitor attractions include Clovelly, widely known for its cobbled street leading down to the harbour and flower bedecked cottages and Hartland Quay for its rugged rock formations.Lundy Island lying in Bideford Bay can be seen from the house and boat trips can be booked locally.The City of Exeter is a one hour drive with its beautiful Cathedral built in decorated gothic style .
